President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday finally resumed duties at the Presidential Villa, Abuja after 50 days of delegation of authority to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
According to Garba Shehu:
President Muhammadu Buhari Monday resumed duties after his vacation, according to the Presidency.
"In compliance with Section 145 of the 1999 Constitution (as amended), the President has formally transmitted letters to the Senate and the House of Representatives, intimating the National Assembly "that I have resumed my functions as the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with effect from Monday, March 13, 2017, after my vacation."
President Buhari in State House Photos also receives briefing from Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, his Chief of Staff and aides.
