|Sadio Mane of Senegal reacts in disappointment for missing a penalty against Cameroon|
Liverpool have wasted no time in getting Sadio Mane back after the forward exited the Africa Cup of Nations. Mane missed the crucial penalty as Senegal were knocked out by Cameroon in the quarter-final penalty shoot-out on Saturday.

Mane is expected to come straight into the Reds squad for Tuesday's Premier League clash with league leaders Chelsea. He has taken a private jet from Gabon and is expected to be on the substitutes bench at the very least.
Liverpool's owner's gesture is not unprecedented. In November 2013, they put a jet on for Luis Suarez to get back from a World Cup qualifier in South America for the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park. Suarez would go on to score in that game.
Liverpool fans will be excited having won just one game in his absence
Liverpool also chipped in for a private jet with PSG and Chelsea to get their Brazilian players back early from South America in November. And Liverpool fans will be excited by the prospect of his return, with their team having won just once in his absence.
Jurgen Klopp's men have had a tough January, being knocked out of both the League Cup and FA Cup as well as losing ground in the Premier League. They were defeated 2-1 by Championship side Wolves on Saturday in the fifth round of the Cup.
