Kim Kardashian ‘begged for her life’ during horrifying ordeal which saw her Parisian apartment raided and her personal possessions stolen – including two mobile phones.

It has now emerged that she pleaded for her life, telling the thugs she had babies at home when they tied her up and locked her in the bathroom.

TMZ reports she was also ‘bound and gagged with handcuffs and tape and then [they] put her in the bathtub.’ She later broke free of the restraints once the five men disguised as French police officers made off with £8million in possessions.

A photographer is reportedly being questioned by police in assisting their enquiries after he posed as a police officer to gain access to a restaurant Kim and her family were dining at a few days prior. The police believe the crime was committed by a ‘highly organised gang’.

The masked thieves are said to have stolen jewellery borrowed for the fashion week, as well as personal items from the star. Two of her smart phones were taken in the raid.

A source told TMZ she had described it as ‘the worst moment in my life.’ The apartment Kim had rented is reportedly so exclusive it’s known as No Address France, according to Mail Online. It’s said to cost around $30k a week and Leonardo DiCaprio and Madonna are just some of the other big names said to have stayed there.

Kim has since been spotted boarding a plane away from the French capital, as has sister Kendall.

Journalist Peter Allen revealed on Good Morning Britain that this kind of crime is ‘very common’ in Paris, and the fact Kim has been vocal about the Parisian property on social media may have made it easier for the criminals to gain access in a calculated attack.

Kim’s spokesperson said: ‘Kim Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers. ‘She is badly shaken but physically unharmed.’

Her husband Kanye West cut short his gig in New York citing a family emergency when he was told of what had happened.
