Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has once again taken issue with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger in yet another unprovoked outburst. Mourinho has constantly criticised and attempted to ridicule the experienced Frenchman over the years who has been manager of the Gunners since 1996.
The feud between both managers stretches back over ten years to 2005 when Mourinho called Wenger ‘a voyeur’ who speaks only of Chelsea. Ashley Cole moved to Stamford Bridge a year later after being pictured with Mourinho in a hotel before any deal had been reached, leading to accusations that the then Chelsea boss had ‘tapped’ him up.
The pair’s relationship reached on all-time low when Mourinho called Wenger a ‘specialist in failure’ in 2014, and the quarrel rumbled on when the Arsenal manager refused to let Mourinho sit next to him at a UEFA conference at the beginning of September.

Now, the former Porto, Inter Milan and Real Madrid man has taunted Wenger with yet more inflammatory comments in trying to justify his inconsistent start at Old Trafford.
‘We need time. It is always the same story. At some clubs and with some managers they have all the time they want,’ Mourinho said. ‘Some clubs get time but with others you demand immediate success of the clubs and the managers. That’s Manchester United and José Mourinho. No problem.’
United and Arsenal face each other in three week’s time at Old Trafford on 19 November.
