The 11-year-old appeared before Plymouth Magistrates’ Court. The boy, who cannot be identified, appeared in court where he pleaded guilty to two counts of rape in February this year. He stood before magistrates in his hometown of Plymouth, wearing a white shirt and tie.
He was released on unconditional bail after a short hearing and told to see a psychologist and a member of the youth offending team.
The boy, now living in Cornwall, is due to be sentenced by Magistrates in Bodmin, Cornwall, on August 25.
