JUST IN: 5-Storey Building Collapsed At Lekki Phase 1...4 Dead, 5 Rescued Alive

A five-storey building currently under construction in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lekki, Lagos collapsed Tuesday [Mar 8] morning.  

Spokesperson of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, Ibrahim Farinloye, told Vanguard that four bodies have been recovered from the rubble of the collapsed building.

According to Farinloye, the lucky survivors are five, adding that rescue operations is still on.

The incident occurred by Chisco Bus Stop just by Lekki 4th Roundabout bordered by both Onado and Con Oil station.
