XENOPHOBIC ATTACK: Tears & Anger As Suspects Accused Of Stabbing Mozambican Man To Death Appear In Court [PICTURED]

The case against four men accused of killing Mozambican Emmanuel Sithole in Alexandra at the weekend has been postponed to next month, Eyewitness news reports. Three of the suspects were arrested on Sunday [April 19], while the fourth was taken into custody last night.

Sithole's death made international headlines after images of his knife attack were published in the Sunday Times.

Mthinta Bhengu, Sifundo Mzimela, Sizwe Mngomezulu and Ayanda Sibiya are expected to apply for bail when they return to court on 4 May.

Emotions ran high after the case was postponed with some of Sithole's family members breaking down in tears. Eyewitness news spoke to Sithole’s cousin who says she wants all four men to be sent to jail.

Outside the court, angry community members also vented their frustrations on media. Police had to step in to diffuse tensions.
