supermodel Naomi Campbell covers
the February 2013 issue of Vogue Italia, shot by Steven Meisel.
With the premiere of the ‘The Face’
right around the corner, Naomi Campbell
and Co. are gracing the pages of some of fashion’s finest editorials.
This marks Naomi Campbell’s first
Vogue Italia solo cover in quite a bucketful of years. The shoot is less about
sex and definitely more about the art with Meisel’s sepia photography. In the
behind-the-scenes video below, Campbell sets
a gloomy tone with her voice over whilst donning multiple wigs in vintage
styled fashion.
The
issue hits stands February 5th in Milan, then the rest of Italy later in the
month.
