An erstwhile pastor
of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Bankole Solomon, who recently criticised Pastor E.A Adeboye for turning the church annual Holy Ghost
Congress into Political Congress, has apologised.
Bankole, who claimed he voluntarily resigned his pastoral duties in
the church in 2010, but still worships there as an ordinary member, had
expressed he was unhappy - that politicians should not be allowed to mount
the altar to fool the congregation.
But yesterday
[Dec. 27], Bankole took to his
facebook page to apologise for his making such “reckless” comments.
His apology is captured below:
