Today
is bound to be a special day for Nikki, as the petite gospel act walks down the
aisle with her hubby, Alexander Oturu.
Just
last June, Alexander opened a blog http://sammieal.blogspot.com and proposed to
Nikki on the 26th of the same month through the same blog.
Surprisingly,
he proposed to the singer on the day “One Mic Niaja concert” was held, and
Nikki happened to be the headliner of the show.
According
to Vanguard, the two lovebirds, during one of their hangouts at the Chicken
Republic, Ikoyi, Alexander gave Nikki a long prose, eulogizing her beauty and
how lucky he was to have found her. Finally, he asked her to marry him.
Dumbfounded, Nikki was said to have burst into tears. And unable to hold back,
she immediately replied with a big ‘yes’.
Thereafter,
the petite gospel singer posted his proposal letter on her facebook wall and
congratulatory messages poured in from friends. The wedding is billed to hold
today at the Grandeur Event Centre, Billingsway, Oregun Ikeja.
Nikki
released one album titled Angel For Life.
Happy
